About us

My love of creating handcrafted products started when I was a teenager. All throughout my childhood my mom was always creating and taking classes to expand her knowledge in things that piqued her interest. When I got old enough I started going to classes with her. Eventually I had my own family and continued to take classes. Of all the mediums I have had my hand in bath and body related products are my real passion. I love creating products that make your skin feel moisturized, have scents that stir emotions maybe make you think of a great beach holiday or your favorite pie. After enough education I decided to take the leap and try to build my dream business and hence, Twisted Knot Soapworks was born. My teenage daughter has been with me on my journey since the beginning. To my surprise (and happiness) my son has joined in too, he helps more with the marketing and administrative part but he does occasionally roll up his sleeves and get messy in the workshop.
